How much are homeowner's dues?

Homeowner's dues are $150 per year.  Statements for annual dues will be sent out in December and will be due January 31, with late fees assessed after January 31.

The annual meeting is held October at the South Oldham Fire Department.  A reminder mailing will be sent in September.

Who does the snow removal and where does the money for that come from?

Our subdivision streets are county roads.  The county is responsible for snow removal on these roads.

If we want to put in a pool, who do we contact?

The HOA board does not need to give consent for pool installation;  however, you are responsible for obtaining any Oldham County permits that are required.  Above ground and in-ground pools are permissible according to the Westwood/Westwood East restrictions.
